Include your account email so we can find your record. If you can't sign in, mention that and describe what happens when you try.
Common questions
- Reset password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot passwordand follow the email link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
- Wearable not syncing. Open Settings inside the app, find the integration (Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, Google Health Connect), disconnect, then reconnect. If the issue persists, email us with the device name and last successful sync date.
- Export your data. Settings → Export All My Data generates a spreadsheet of everything you've logged.
- Delete your account. Settings → Delete Account, or use our public form at wellnessproject.ai/delete-account if you can't sign in.
- Report a bug or request a feature. Email us with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot.
