What the CHAI Registry is
The CHAI Registry gives health AI developers a standard way to publish comparable information about how an AI solution is intended to be used, evaluated, governed, and monitored.
Responsible AI transparency
Wellness Project is listed in the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) Registry with a public Applied Model Card.
The CHAI Registry gives health AI developers a standard way to publish comparable information about how an AI solution is intended to be used, evaluated, governed, and monitored.
Our Applied Model Card documents intended use, target users, limitations, out-of-scope uses, privacy and security practices, safety considerations, and how we monitor the product.
Health AI should be inspectable. A public model card lets users, partners, and healthcare evaluators review our claims and boundaries without relying only on our marketing.
Responsible AI transparency
The listing means Wellness Project has published a standardized disclosure in CHAI’s public Registry. It is not a certification, endorsement, or independent validation by CHAI.
