“This is the fitness app we’ve all been waiting for! No more copy-and-pasting data into AI, uploading new information, and asking the same questions repeatedly. Everything is tracked in one place, and the AI actually understands your fitness journey. The fitness coach can review your workouts while the nutritionist uses that information to recommend better meals and protein intake. It feels less like a fitness tracker and more like having a team of AI coaches who know your goals and progress.”
Exactly what I was looking for
“I had been looking at using AI to create an app to track my health using Apple health and wearable info, and my search for how to do it led to me finding many people who are looking for the same thing. I decided not to reinvent the wheel and have been testing multiple apps since early 2026. This one so far has been the most exciting. New features have been introduced nearly weekly it feels, and the AI integration (particularly being able to connect your own account) has been far and away the most useful feature. I highly recommend trying the free version and seeing what it can don for you.”
Great so far !
“I’ve not written a review for ages but the responsiveness of the developer is amazing and I mean amazing same day fixes….and the app and ecosystem itself is really a brilliant idea. It’s so easy to use as the AI works things out from a basic input eg 9% fage yogurt portion for breakfast for meal logging plus it reads all your apple health data such as workouts, steps, heart rate from the watch and combines everything into recommendations. Get it now whilst the subscription is cheap you won’t regret it. And did I mention you. An connect the data to other AIs like Claude for more analysis”
Incredible!
“As someone obsessed with collecting and tracking my data (Oura and Apple Health, amongst others), this app is everything I imagined. I was trying to get Claude to do all this myself but Wellness Project is 1000x more sophisticated. I use it for getting feedback on and planning my workouts, making data driven decisions. Can’t wait to see new features released as the product develops.”
Always growing and adding features
“Wellness Project is doing an amazing job at not only analyzing my health data, but also allowing me to push it into a model for further analysis and insights. They’re always adding new features and take feedback seriously - it’s truly awesome and I’m so glad they’re doing this leg work! I’m use this app multiple times a day - which is saying something as I don’t go on my phone very often. Keep up the awesome work!”
It keeps everything in one place
“I’ve been using Wellness Project to keep my workouts, nutrition, sleep, and recovery in one place, and I really like how everything connects. The AI coaches actually look at your data instead of just giving generic fitness advice, which makes the app feel much more personalized. The automatic syncing with Oura is also a huge plus.”
“This is one of the most comprehensive wellness apps available. My wearable device data migrates seamlessly. But it’s not about the data. It’s about what to do with that data. If you want to be strong, healthy, and live a quality life, this app is for you.”
“super impressed with this. real time metrics tied thru health connect and my wearable. the AI is remarkable, offering constant advice and recommendations. the web version provides excellent progress charts and stats, as does the android version. you can also tie this to Claude desktop which is cool. seriously going to join the founders plan.”
It gives a lot for what it costs
“An app that promises a complete approach, through various AIs and devices, to improving our health and performance. As something to improve, that all of it be translated into Spanish, though much of it already is.”

What repeats
Four things reviewers raised that we never asked about.
Bring your own AI
The thing reviewers name unprompted is connecting their own Claude or ChatGPT account to their own record. Five of the nine full reviews on this page raise it without being asked.
One place, and the sync holds
Reviewers name Apple Health, Health Connect and Oura by hand. Steve Foss on Google Play: my wearable device data migrates seamlessly. Nobody writes about sync unless it breaks.
Shipping speed
Same-day fixes and near-weekly features come up on both stores without being asked about. Four of the named reviewers here raise it on their own.
Advice, not a dashboard
The contrast reviewers draw is against generic tips and against raw charts. What they say they value is coaching that has read their actual history.
The bring-your-own-AI connection reviewers keep naming is documented on the AI assistants page, and the named specialists they describe are on the coaches page.
