Fitbit
Your Fitbit data, read by an AI coach who knows what to do with it.
Wellness Project connects to Fitbit via OAuth and live webhook push. Steps, Heart Points (what Fitbit calls Active Zone Minutes), sleep stages, resting heart rate, HRV — synced live with no manual export. Your AI coaches do the work Fitbit Premium never quite delivered.

What's inside
Native Fitbit integration, the way it should be
Live webhook push
Fitbit servers push new data to Wellness Project as soon as your device syncs. Steps, sleep, heart rate — all live.
Steps and Active Zone Minutes
Active Zone Minutes (Fitbit's WHO-aligned moderate + vigorous activity metric) is read directly from the Fitbit API when present, and reconstructed from your heart-rate zones when the daily summary doesn't include it.
Sleep stages
Light, deep, REM, awake, minutes per stage and full architecture per night. Plotted across the week.
Resting HR and HRV
Daily resting heart rate and (on supported devices) HRV. Read against your baseline for honest day-to-day interpretation.
Run sync
Running workouts logged on Fitbit import as structured runs with distance, duration, pace, and HR. Strength, cycling, and other activity types appear in your Fitbit activity stream but aren't broken out into structured tracker rows yet.
Disconnect any time
Settings → Integrations → Disconnect Fitbit. Your existing data stays; new syncs stop immediately.
In the app
Fitbit Premium shows charts. Wellness Project adds coaching on top.
Fitbit collects excellent data — and then mostly shows you charts. Wellness Project takes the same data and runs it through eight named AI specialists, each pulling the parts of your numbers that matter to their domain.
Connect from Settings → Integrations → Fitbit. The OAuth flow takes 30 seconds; live data starts flowing within minutes. We never store your Fitbit password — only the access token Fitbit issues, which you can revoke at any time.
