The leverage hierarchy

Most "longevity protocols" sold online focus on supplements because supplements are sellable. The actual leverage hierarchy is sleep → exercise → metabolic health → targeted compounds → advanced interventions. Wellness Project coaches in that order.

Sleep first because it’s free and the highest-evidence lever available. Aim for 7.5+ hours, low fragmentation, and a stable schedule. Wellness Project tracks all three. Then exercise — Z2 cardio dominant, weekly Z5 intervals, twice-weekly strength. Then metabolic health (lipids, inflammation, glucose).

Compounds (creatine, omega-3, vitamin D, magnesium) come after those four are dialed. Advanced compounds (rapamycin, senolytics, anything peptide-tier) are doctor conversations, not app conversations — but Wellness Project can hold the protocol and measure response.

No. Wellness Project is a tracking and coaching platform. We can hold any protocol you choose — Blueprint, Attia’s Outlive framework, your own — and tell you whether it’s working in your data.
How current is the longevity science?+
Evelyn is tuned on current literature with regular updates. For specific compounds and emerging research, she’ll tell you what evidence tier the claim sits at.
Do I need to test labs frequently?+
Quarterly is plenty for most users. Annual full panels with quarterly subset panels for the markers you’re actively moving (ApoB, hsCRP, HbA1c) is a reasonable cadence.
