A supplement tracker that reads your stack against your actual data.

Tracked the right way, by what you actually take, when you take it, and what shows up downstream. Wellness Project links your stack to the rest of your data so the AI can read effects against real outcomes, not marketing copy.

What's inside

A real stack tracker, not a checklist

Add anything to your stack

Vitamins, minerals, prescriptions, performance supplements, nootropics, prescribed peptides where applicable, anything you take, with dose, timing, and frequency.

Adherence streaks

Per-supplement and stack-wide streaks. Daily, weekly, and monthly views so you can see what you’re actually consistent with.

Start dates pinned

When did you start creatine? Lithium? Berberine? Wellness Project pins start dates on every supplement. Ask Max or Atlas about before-vs-after and they read your HRV, RHR, sleep, or lift trends against that date.

Doses by time of day

AM, midday, pre-workout, evening, bedtime, log each slot separately so adherence is honest. The streak surface and weekly digest are live today.

Your prescriber is the source of truth

Wellness Project does not check drug or supplement interactions. For anything you take regularly, review your full stack with a pharmacist or physician, that is the only safe place for that conversation.

Specialist-driven suggestions

Max and Atlas can suggest stack tweaks based on your actual data. Nothing is auto-recommended; suggestions surface as conversation, not pop-ups.

In the app

Stack discipline beats stack size

Most people take half their stack inconsistently and have no idea whether any of it matters. Wellness Project starts from honesty: track what you actually take, see what your adherence looks like, then have a real conversation about which items are doing work.

Pinning start dates is the underrated trick. Six weeks after you start a new compound, the chart should tell a story, or it shouldn’t. Either answer is informative.

Wellness Project is informational, not medical. We never recommend starting or stopping a prescription. For anything clinical, your prescriber is the source of truth.

FAQ

FAQ

Can I track prescription medications?+
Yes. They live in the same module as supplements with a separate visual treatment. Wellness Project never advises on dose changes; that’s your prescriber.
Does it check drug or supplement interactions?+
No. Wellness Project is a logging and tracking tool, not a drug-interaction database. Review your full stack with a pharmacist or physician, that is the only safe source for interaction guidance.
Can I import from another supplement-tracker app?+
Manual add is fast, under a minute per supplement. We’re working on bulk import for users with 30+ item stacks.
Does it remind me to take things?+
Adherence streaks and a weekly digest are live today.
