Oura Ring
Oura Ring integration: finally, someone to read all that sleep data.
Oura builds the cleanest sleep-architecture dataset any consumer wearable produces. Wellness Project syncs natively, plots every stage and metric, and lets Evelyn and Max read it in context with training, food, alcohol, and stress.

What's inside
Oura’s data, multiplied
Stage breakdown each night
Deep, REM, light, and awake totals per night, plus bedtime, wake time, and sleep efficiency. Charted alongside every other night you've logged.
Skin-temp deviation
Oura's nightly temperature deviation lands in your record alongside HRV and RHR, so Max and Evelyn can read recovery context across the whole picture.
Overnight HRV (rMSSD)
Oura's overnight HRV is the most stable consumer HRV reading. It feeds the heart-and-HRV module with your other wearable sources.
Stress patterns
Oura's high-stress minutes per day are imported and surfaced when Max or Evelyn is reading a recovery week.
Read-only Oura sync
Native Oura API integration. We read your data into Wellness Project, never write back to Oura. New data pulls when you open the app or hit Sync, not on a server-side schedule.
Cross-domain insights
"Late dinner crashed your deep sleep by 22 minutes." "Alcohol cost you 4 ms of HRV." Real reads, your real data.
In the app
Oura is the gold standard. We built around it.
Oura’s sleep staging holds up against polysomnography better than any other consumer device. The HRV signal is multi-sample, overnight, and remarkably stable run-to-run. If you wear an Oura ring, you have the cleanest single dataset of any consumer quantified-self user.
Wellness Project takes that data and gives it to Evelyn (longevity), Max (biohacking), Lauryn (recovery), and Coach Jamie (training- readiness), all of whom read it through their domain lens. You get four useful interpretations of the same dataset, not one generic one.
