No. Every coach is an AI persona built on top of frontier large language models (primarily Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) but tuned with a distinct system prompt, voice, and domain depth. Their job is to give you the kind of opinion a real specialist would, informed by your actual logged data, not generic advice.
Do they replace seeing a doctor or trainer in person?+
Never. Wellness Project is informational software, not a medical service. For anything acute or persistent (pain, injury, lab abnormalities, mental health), we’ll explicitly tell you to see a clinician. The advisors exist to help you log, analyze, and decide what to do day-to-day.
