What's inside
More than a quick-add water counter
Log water in seconds
Quick-add a drink, enter the amount, and move on. Use ounces or milliliters, whichever you prefer.
Drinks can travel with meals
Log water, electrolytes, sports drinks, coffee, tea, juice, milk, soda, broth, or another drink with the meal where it happened. Supported photo and chat logging can capture fluid at the same time.
Saved recipes remember the drink
A saved breakfast, smoothie, or usual coffee order can keep its hydration sidecar. Log the recipe again and the saved fluid values replay with it.
Set a daily goal and put it on the dashboard
Hydration tracking has its own daily goal and an optional dashboard card, so today’s progress is visible where you already check the rest of your health.
Import what your device already tracks
When your device tracks water or hydration, Wellness Project can bring it in so you do not have to log the same thing twice.
Read hydration in context
Your coaches can read hydration beside training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and wearable data. That makes the history useful when you are asking why a hard session, hot day, or unusual recovery reading felt different.
In the app
Hydration makes more sense when it shares a timeline with everything else.
A water total is useful, but the reason Wellness Project tracks hydration is bigger than hitting a ring. The same day can contain a long run, a higher training load, a late meal, poor sleep, and a different recovery signal. Putting fluid intake in that same timeline gives you the context a standalone water reminder cannot.
The current hydration system also avoids duplicate work. Drinks logged with food can create hydration entries, saved recipes can retain them, and compatible Apple Health or Health Connect water records can import when hydration tracking is enabled. You can still log a drink manually whenever that is faster.
