What's inside
More than calories and macros
A nutrient panel on your meals
Meals you log get an AI estimate of dozens of key vitamins and minerals. When a source reports more, like a barcode label, Cronometer, Apple Health, Health Connect or Google Health, Wellness Project keeps up to 90+ nutrients, including fatty acids and amino acids. Open a meal to see what it brought in.
Reference targets, or your own
For 30+ nutrients, an established adult reference intake becomes your default target. Set your own for any nutrient except calories and the main macros, and it replaces the default everywhere you look.
History you can scan
Build your own chart. Pick from the nutrients we track, look back 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, and see each trend and average side by side.
Top contributors
See which foods and supplements gave you the most of a nutrient, so you know what is behind the number.
Reported or estimated, always labeled
Values from a barcode, a label scan or a synced app are reported. Values the AI estimates from a description or photo are marked as estimates, and you can edit them.
Your coaches can read it
Ask a coach how your iron or sodium looked this week. They read your nutrient history, and so can ChatGPT or Claude once you connect them.
In the app
One place for the whole plate
Most food trackers stop at calories, protein, carbs and fat. Wellness Project also keeps the rest of the panel, meal by meal, so a week of eating becomes something you can look at instead of guess about.
Log a meal the way you already do. Type it, photograph it or scan a barcode. Already use another food app? Sync it from Apple Health, Health Connect or Google Health, or connect Cronometer (Alpha), and your nutrients come along. Your coaches read it beside your training, sleep and recovery.
