Connect Suunto once, then ask AI about your training
Connect from Settings, Devices and approve access on Suunto’s own sign-in page. Wellness Project never sees your Suunto password.
Your setup screen may look different.
AI assistants change their settings and navigation frequently. Menu names and steps can vary by web, desktop, or mobile client, device and operating system, plan, account type, version, and staged rollout. Treat the instructions on this page as a current guide and look for the equivalent Apps, Connectors, Plugins, or MCP controls if your version differs.
Connect Suunto in Wellness Project
Open Wellness Project Settings, then Devices, choose Suunto, and sign in to approve access.
Let your history import
After you connect, your history fills in in the background. New workouts then sync automatically when Suunto notifies us, and Sync Now is there whenever you want it.
Connect your AI assistant
Connect Wellness Project to your AI assistant through MCP. The assistant reads the same training and sleep record already stored in your Wellness Project account.
Ask about your training
Ask how your weekly running volume has trended, how your sleep lined up with your hardest sessions, or how your heart rate zone minutes changed over a month.
Workouts and runs
Each workout arrives with its activity type and duration. Runs also bring distance. Where Suunto provides the recording, you get the heart rate trace for the whole workout.
Wellness Project reads your Suunto data and never writes to Suunto. You can disconnect any time in Settings, Devices.
Put your Suunto training in front of AI.
Connect Suunto to Wellness Project once, keep your workouts syncing in the background, and let AI reason over the same record your dashboard uses.
