How to connect Ultrahuman to AI

Wellness Project connects directly to your Ultrahuman account through Ultrahuman authorization. Apple Health and Health Connect are not required for the direct integration. a compatible AI assistant then reads the synced history through Wellness Project's MCP connection, rather than signing into Ultrahuman itself.

Connect Ultrahuman to Wellness Project first, then authorize AI through Wellness Project's MCP connection so the assistant can query the supported synced history.

What Ultrahuman data reaches AI

Ultrahuman is a direct account source in Wellness Project. Ring AIR health and recovery signals can be synced into the same history the assistant reads, without relaying the ring through Apple Health or Health Connect.

Supported Ring AIR fields can include steps, resting heart rate, HRV, skin temperature, SpO2, VO2 max, sleep duration and stages, sleep score, bedtime, and wake time. Supported M1 data can include glucose readings and metabolic summaries when Ultrahuman provides those API fields.

AI does not receive a bulk wearable export. It asks Wellness Project for the supported rows needed for the question, through the authorized MCP connection.

How to connect Ultrahuman to AI

Your setup screen may look different.

AI assistants change their settings and navigation frequently. Menu names and steps can vary by web, desktop, or mobile client, device and operating system, plan, account type, version, and staged rollout. Treat the instructions on this page as a current guide and look for the equivalent Apps, Connectors, Plugins, or MCP controls if your version differs.

  1. 1

    Authorize Ultrahuman in Wellness Project

Open Settings → Devices → Ultrahuman and complete Ultrahuman account authorization. The integration reads the supported account data directly.

  2. 2

    Let recent history populate

Confirm recent Ring AIR or M1 data in Wellness Project. Background sync keeps recent days current and can work backward through supported history progressively; it is not an unlimited real-time stream.

  3. 3

Connect the AI assistant you use

In Wellness Project, open the setup page for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Mistral, or another compatible MCP client and authorize that assistant to use the Wellness Project MCP server.

  4. 4

Ask AI about your real history

Start with a bounded date range and a concrete question. For example: "Compare my Ring AIR HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep duration over the last six weeks." The assistant can then request the relevant Wellness Project rows instead of reasoning from a screenshot or one-off export.

What to ask AI once Ultrahuman is connected

The useful prompts compare your own history over time. These examples are shaped around the data this source actually sends to Wellness Project.

  • Compare my Ring AIR HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep duration over the last six weeks.
  • Did my sleep score or bedtime consistency change during my highest-step weeks?
  • If M1 glucose data is present, summarize the largest changes in daily glucose variability this month.

Limits of the Ultrahuman → Wellness Project → AI path

Ultrahuman is not a weight or body-composition scale source in Wellness Project.

History backfill is progressive and API-dependent. Do not describe it as unlimited history or a live sensor stream, and only promise M1 fields the API actually supplies.

AI is reading an authorized Wellness Project MCP connection, not a native Ultrahuman integration supplied by AI's developer.

Connect Ultrahuman, then ask AI.

Sync the supported history into Wellness Project, authorize AI, and ask questions against your real trend instead of exporting files or pasting screenshots.
