Is there an Amazfit MCP server?
There is no Amazfit MCP server. The path is Amazfit to Zepp to Apple Health or Health Connect to Wellness Project to Claude, over one MCP connection. Wellness Project is the server in that chain, reading the steps, sleep, and heart rate Zepp already wrote to your phone's health hub and turning them into a structured history Claude can query.
Claude never talks to Amazfit or Zepp directly; it talks to Wellness Project, which you add at claude.ai as a custom connector the same way you would add any other MCP server. Nothing Amazfit-specific has to be built or installed.
What Claude can and cannot see
Claude sees what Zepp exports to the hub: steps, sleep, and heart rate, plus resting heart rate and workouts when Zepp records them. Whatever your Amazfit model surfaces only inside the Zepp app itself never reaches Apple Health or Health Connect, so Wellness Project never sees it, and neither does Claude.
What it does get, it gets cleanly. Claude reads structured rows from the MCP connector during a conversation, not a bulk export sitting in its context and not a screenshot you pasted in. Access is read-only: Claude can query your Amazfit history through Wellness Project, it cannot write anything back to Zepp, Apple Health, or Health Connect.
Set it up in five steps
Four links, each one feeding the next: Zepp to the hub, Wellness Project to the hub, Claude to Wellness Project, then you ask.
Get the Wellness Project app
Download Wellness Project for iPhone or Android with the buttons above, or sign in on the web. Signing in with Apple or Google takes one tap, the account is free during early access, and this is the app that stores your synced history and serves it to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP.
Point Zepp at your phone's health hub
Open the Zepp app, find its health-sharing or account settings, and turn on Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Health Connect (Android). Grant it permission to write steps, sleep, and heart rate. Sync your Amazfit once so recent days land in the hub before you move on.
Connect Wellness Project to that hub
In Wellness Project, connect Apple Health or Health Connect and grant read access to steps, sleep, heart rate, and workouts. This is the history Claude will eventually query, so it has to exist here first.
Add the Wellness Project MCP connector to Claude
Open claude.ai, go to Settings, then Connectors, and add wellnessproject.ai/api/mcp as a custom connector. Sign in and authorize it with your Wellness Project account. Claude Desktop needs no separate setup, it syncs connectors from your claude.ai account automatically.
Ask about your data in plain language
Open a chat and ask about your Amazfit history directly. Claude reads the structured rows Wellness Project exposes and answers from your actual steps, sleep, and heart rate rather than a generic average.
What to ask Claude once it is connected
Once Claude can see your Amazfit history, the useful prompts span weeks instead of asking about one night or one workout.
Ask: "Has my step count stayed consistent this month, or has it been sliding?" Ask: "Compare my sleep duration this week against my thirty day average." Ask: "Which days did my resting heart rate run higher than usual, and what did those nights have in common?" Claude pulls the structured rows from the connector and answers against your own history, not a generic benchmark.
Give Claude your real Amazfit history.
Connect Amazfit through Zepp and Apple Health or Health Connect, then add Wellness Project as a custom connector in claude.ai. Free during early access.
