HealthFit for Android
HealthFit isn't on Android. Your run and ride history can be.
HealthFit is an iPhone app built by Stephane Lizeray with no Android release. Wellness Project runs natively on Android and reads your workouts through Health Connect, with running and cycling analysis and heart data in one history.
Available on Google Play
HealthFit Android status

Is HealthFit available on Android?
No. As of September 27, 2026, HealthFit, built by the independent developer Stephane Lizeray, runs only on iPhone. It reads workout and health data from Apple Health, which exists only on iOS, so the app has no Android build and no Google Play listing under this developer.
No developer statement about a Health Connect or Android version was found. Since HealthFit works by reading Apple's local Apple Health store rather than by hosting your workouts on a server, there is also no web version to fall back to: the data it works from simply is not present once you are on an Android phone.
Which HealthFit this page is about
This page is about HealthFit, the Apple Health export utility from Stephane Lizeray that turns Apple Watch workouts into FIT and GPX files. Google Play lists an unrelated app also called HealthFit, a general habit tracker with workout and nutrition logging from a different developer, not an Apple Health export tool.
Google Play also has HealthFit Coaching, a Virtuagym-based branded gym client app, along with a couple of other same-name gym and studio apps. None of these are a port of Stephane Lizeray's app or connected to it. If you want your running, cycling and heart data working on Android, Wellness Project is built for that from the ground up.
What HealthFit does, and why Android users go looking for it
HealthFit reads the workouts already sitting in Apple Health, whether they were recorded by Apple Watch or any other app or device that writes to HealthKit, and turns that data into advanced fitness metrics and training insight. Its main job is getting that data out: it syncs and exports workouts to more than 25 external platforms, including Strava, TrainingPeaks, SportTracks, Stages Link, TrainAsONE, Tredict, Intervals.icu, Nolio and COROS, and it can export FIT and GPX files straight to iCloud Drive, Dropbox, email or Google Sheets.
It is a one-time purchase with no account and no server, which reviewers and triathletes cite as part of why it became a standard tool for getting Apple Watch workout data out of Apple Health and into whatever training platform someone actually uses for analysis.
People search for HealthFit on Android almost always after switching phones. They still want their historical Apple Watch runs and rides flowing into Strava or TrainingPeaks, and do not realize the app is structurally tied to Apple Health, a data store that does not exist on Android at all.
SIDE BY SIDE
HealthFit vs. Wellness Project for Android
HealthFit's whole job is pushing Apple Health workouts out to other platforms, not logging them itself. Here is what an Android runner or cyclist can use for that same data instead.
| Feature | HealthFit | Wellness Project |
|---|---|---|
| Native Android app | Not available | Available |
| Google Play | No Google Play listing | Available on Google Play |
| Source of workout data | Reads whatever is already in Apple Health | Health Connect, plus direct Fitbit, Oura, Withings, Ultrahuman, Polar, WHOOP |
| Sync to Strava, Garmin Connect or TrainingPeaks | Exports and syncs to 25+ platforms including Strava and TrainingPeaks | No workout push to Strava or Garmin Connect |
| FIT and GPX file export | Exports FIT and GPX files to iCloud Drive, Dropbox or email | No FIT or GPX file export |
| Running and cycling analysis | Advanced fitness metrics and training insight from Apple Health data | Pace, cadence, cardiac drift and easy vs. quality mileage with Elias Kiptoo |
| Heart data | Reads heart rate and other metrics already logged in Apple Health | Heart rate, resting HR, HRV, VO2 max and Cardio Age in one history |
| Account model | One-time purchase, no account or server, per its own listing | Signed-in account, synced across iPhone, Android and web |
| iPhone availability | Available | Not applicable, this is an iPhone-only app |

What Android users can use instead for running and heart data
HealthFit is built to move Apple Health workout data outward. Wellness Project reads your workouts in and puts the analysis, history and AI in the same place.
Health Connect
Wellness Project reads compatible Android workout and health data through Health Connect instead of exporting files elsewhere.
See Health Connect support →Running analysis
Runs with Elias Kiptoo cover pace, cadence, cardiac drift, easy vs. quality mileage and running power when a source provides it.
See running tracking →Cycling workouts
Cycling workouts join the same training history alongside runs and strength sessions.
See cycling tracking →Heart and HRV data
Heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, VO2 max and vital signs from connected sources, read into one history.
See heart tracking →One workout history
Imported, logged and synced workouts sit in the same saved history instead of a separate export tool.
See workout analysis →AI reads the history
The same running, cycling and heart data reaches named AI specialists instead of only a file export.

What Wellness Project doesn't replace
HealthFit's core job is moving Apple Health data to other platforms, and that specific job stays outside what Wellness Project does.
No FIT or GPX file export
Wellness Project does not generate FIT or GPX files or export them to iCloud Drive, Dropbox or email the way HealthFit does.
No sync to Strava, Garmin Connect or TrainingPeaks
Wellness Project does not push workouts to Strava, Garmin Connect, TrainingPeaks or the other platforms HealthFit syncs to. It reads workout data in through Health Connect, direct integrations or CSV import instead.
See how CSV import works →No Apple Health data-export utility role
HealthFit's whole purpose is exporting Apple Health data outward. Wellness Project keeps your workouts, training load and heart data inside one AI-readable history rather than acting as an export pipeline.
ANDROID
Made for the health tools Android users already use
You shouldn't have to switch to an iPhone to keep one connected health and training history.
Wellness Project treats Health Connect as an important part of the Android health ecosystem rather than treating Android as a stripped-down afterthought.
That lets supported data from services such as Fitbit, Oura, compatible Health Connect apps and supported smart scales become part of one history instead of living in separate dashboards.
One profile instead of another data silo
Your health data becomes more useful when training, recovery, nutrition and body trends can be seen together.

FIVE-STAR REVIEWS
What Wellness Project users are saying
“This is the fitness app we’ve all been waiting for! No more copy-and-pasting data into AI, uploading new information, and asking the same questions repeatedly. Everything is tracked in one place, and the AI actually understands your fitness journey. The fitness coach can review your workouts while the nutritionist uses that information to recommend better meals and protein intake. It feels less like a fitness tracker and more like having a team of AI coaches who know your goals and progress.”
“As someone obsessed with collecting and tracking my data, this app is everything I imagined. I was trying to get Claude to do all this myself but Wellness Project is 1000x more sophisticated. I use it for getting feedback on and planning my workouts, making data driven decisions.”
“I’ve not written a review for ages but the responsiveness of the developer is amazing and I mean amazing same day fixes. It’s so easy to use as the AI works things out from a basic input, plus it reads all your apple health data such as workouts, steps, heart rate from the watch and combines everything into recommendations.”
A running and cycling history that isn't locked to one export tool
If you're searching for HealthFit on Android, you're probably a runner, cyclist or triathlete who switched phones and lost the tool that pushed years of Apple Watch workouts into Strava or TrainingPeaks.
Wellness Project does not try to replicate that export pipeline. It solves an adjacent problem: pulling your workout, running, cycling and heart data into one place through Health Connect and direct integrations, then giving an AI specialist enough context to analyze training load, pace and cardiac drift without you having to open a separate sync tool.
That matters past this one switch. A training history that lives inside a connected app, not inside a chain of file exports, is easier to keep useful the next time a phone, watch or platform changes again.
Frequently asked questions
Is HealthFit available on Android?
No. As of September 27, 2026, HealthFit is built by Stephane Lizeray for iPhone only, reading from Apple Health, which does not exist on Android. There is no Android app and no announced Android release.
Is there a HealthFit app on Google Play?
Not from Stephane Lizeray. Google Play lists an unrelated app also called HealthFit, a general habit and workout tracker from a different developer, plus a separate Virtuagym-based HealthFit Coaching gym app. Neither is connected to this developer's app.
What is the best HealthFit alternative for Android?
Wellness Project. It runs natively on Android, reads workouts through Health Connect, and analyzes running, cycling and heart data in one history, though it does not export FIT files or sync to Strava or Garmin Connect the way HealthFit does.
Can HealthFit sync my old Apple Watch workouts to Strava from an Android phone?
No. HealthFit only installs on iPhone and reads from Apple Health, so once you are on Android there is no way to run the app itself, regardless of where your historical workout data currently sits.
Does Wellness Project push workouts to Strava or Garmin Connect?
No. Wellness Project does not sync or export workouts to Strava, Garmin Connect or TrainingPeaks. It reads workout data in through Health Connect, direct integrations and CSV import instead.
Does Wellness Project analyze running data the way HealthFit does?
Wellness Project analyzes runs with pace, cadence, cardiac drift and easy vs. quality mileage through Elias Kiptoo, the AI running coach, working from data read in rather than from an exported FIT file.
Does Wellness Project work with Health Connect?
Yes. Wellness Project reads supported Android health and fitness data through Health Connect, including workouts, heart rate and HRV from connected devices.
Can I bring my workout history into Wellness Project from another app?
Yes. Settings > Import Workout Logs accepts a CSV export up to 8 MB and 5,000 rows per batch from apps like Strong, Hevy, MyFitnessPal or Fitbod, maps the columns with AI, and lets you review every row before it saves.
Is Wellness Project also available on iPhone?
Yes. Wellness Project is available on iPhone as well as Android and web, so the same running, cycling and heart history stays usable across a phone switch.
