Connect Polar once, then use the same history with AI
Connect through Polar account authorization. No Apple Health or Health Connect relay is required for this integration.
Your setup screen may look different.
AI assistants change their settings and navigation frequently. Menu names and steps can vary by web, desktop, or mobile client, device and operating system, plan, account type, version, and staged rollout. Treat the instructions on this page as a current guide and look for the equivalent Apps, Connectors, Plugins, or MCP controls if your version differs.
Connect Polar in Wellness Project
After you sign in, open Settings → Devices and choose Polar. The connection uses Polar account authorization, then background syncing starts automatically.
Let your Polar history sync
Background sync keeps recent days current and progressively works backward through supported historical data. It is not an unlimited or real-time stream.
Connect your AI assistant
Connect Wellness Project to your AI assistant through MCP. The assistant reads the same structured history already stored in your Wellness Project account.
Ask about your Polar data
Ask how recent training, daily activity, heart rate, Nightly Recharge, or sleep changed over time or lined up with the rest of your health history.
Polar data in one record
Training sessions, daily activity, continuous heart rate samples, Nightly Recharge, and sleep are stored as supported Polar data in your Wellness Project history.
The Polar integration is read-only. Wellness Project imports supported data in the background and does not write changes back to Polar. A new reading may take time to appear after Polar receives it.
Ask Claude about your Polar history.
Connect Polar to Wellness Project once, keep your history syncing in the background, and let AI reason over the same record your dashboard uses.
