Connect Lyfta once, then use the same training history with AI
Wellness Project reads Lyfta workout history directly from Lyfta instead of relying on a phone health relay.
Your setup screen may look different.
AI assistants change their settings and navigation frequently. Menu names and steps can vary by web, desktop, or mobile client, device and operating system, plan, account type, version, and staged rollout. Treat the instructions on this page as a current guide and look for the equivalent Apps, Connectors, Plugins, or MCP controls if your version differs.
Connect Lyfta in Wellness Project
Open Wellness Project Settings → Devices, choose Lyfta, and authorize your Lyfta account. You do not need to copy an API key or route workouts through Apple Health or Health Connect.
Let your workout history sync
Connecting starts a progressive backfill with recent workouts first, while background sync keeps newer sessions current. You can also use Sync Now whenever you want.
Connect your AI assistant
Connect Wellness Project to your AI assistant through MCP. The assistant reads the same structured training history already stored in your Wellness Project account.
Ask about your training
Ask about lift progression, weekly volume, hard sets, personal records, or how your training lined up with sleep and recovery.
Exercise and set detail
Imported workouts can include exercises, warmup and working sets, reps, weight, timed sets, and effort. Lyfta RIR is converted to RPE so it fits the same training model as your other strength history.
The Lyfta integration is read-only. Wellness Project imports supported workout history in the background and does not create, edit, or delete workouts in your Lyfta account.
Put your Lyfta training in front of AI.
Connect Lyfta to Wellness Project once, keep your workout history syncing in the background, and let AI reason over the same training record your dashboard uses.
