What the Liftosaur connection brings in
Direct workout sync
Wellness Project reads Liftosaur workout history directly from Liftosaur instead of relying on a phone health relay.
Exercise and set detail
Imported workouts can include exercises, warmups, completed sets, reps, weight, and RPE when Liftosaur history provides them.
Training analysis can use it
Liftosaur workouts land in the same workout history used for exercise progression, personal records, NSI, Fit Score, AI context, and connected AI tools.
Background sync, read only
The integration only reads Liftosaur. It syncs in the background and also supports manual Sync Now, but it does not create, edit, or delete workouts in Liftosaur.
Liftosaur Premium is required
Liftosaur gates API access behind Premium. Create a personal API key in Liftosaur Settings → API Keys, then connect it from Wellness Project Settings → Devices.
In the app
What read-only means here
Liftosaur does not expose a deletion signal. If you delete a workout in Liftosaur, an imported copy can remain in Wellness Project. Recent edits are picked up by the overlap sync; older edits can be picked up when history is walked again.
When the same workout also arrives through Apple Health or Health Connect, Wellness Project treats the direct Liftosaur copy as the richer source and avoids counting both versions as separate training sessions.
