Wellness Project Launches Healthspan, Turning Everyday Health Data Into a Clearer Picture of Long-Term Health
New eight-factor report helps people see where they’re doing well, what deserves attention and the research behind their results.

BEVERLY, Mass., September 22, 2026 – Wellness Project today introduced Healthspan, bringing fitness, daily movement, sleep, body measurements and bloodwork together to help people understand their long-term health. The goal is to help users make informed choices that support a longer, healthier life, with more of the picture in view.
A workout app, a wearable and a lab report each offer a different perspective. Healthspan brings those views together, presenting eight factors side by side rather than reducing someone’s health to an arbitrary number or a single biological age. Users can see their strengths, opportunities for improvement and gaps in the available data.
Health data should help you decide what to do, not just give you more numbers to watch. We built Healthspan to help people focus on staying strong, active and healthy as they get older.
The eight factors cover:
- Cardio Age: See how your fitness age compares with your actual age.
- Strength Fitness: See whether your training is making you stronger.
- Active Living: See how active you are, in and out of the gym.
- Sleep: Understand how well you’re sleeping, not just how long.
- Body: See what’s changing beyond the number on the scale.
- Phenotypic Age: See what your bloodwork suggests about how you’re aging.
- Metabolic Health: Look for signs of insulin resistance in your bloodwork.
- Glucose Health: See whether your blood sugar is in a healthy range.
Each factor includes access to the measurements and research behind the result, along with explanations of how it was calculated and what it can and cannot tell the user. Missing data isn’t counted as a poor result, so people can start with what they have and build a fuller picture over time.
Wellness Project syncs with more than 10 health and fitness platforms, including Google, Apple, WHOOP, Oura and Hevy, so users can keep using their favorite tools. The app also supports file imports, image scans, AI chat logging and a workout companion that works offline. Added workout details merge with wearable-recorded sessions, while manual entries such as tape measurements capture information devices often miss, bringing more of each person’s health into the picture.
Healthspan is designed to inform everyday choices and support a better understanding of long-term health. It does not diagnose disease or predict how long someone will live.
