Hevy
Hevy integration: every set you log, scored and read next to your recovery.
Hevy is where the sets get logged. Wellness Project reads every one of them, set by set, scores each one against published strength standards for your bodyweight, and files it next to the sleep, recovery and food your coaches already read. One record instead of three apps you compare by hand.

What's inside
Every set, scored, in your whole record
An NSI score on every scored set
Each loaded set is scored against published population strength standards for your bodyweight, age and sex. 100 is the intermediate benchmark. The bands run from Below Avg under 75 up to Elite at 150 and above.
Set by set, not a daily total
Exercise, set type, reps, weight, distance, duration, RPE and your notes come across for every set. Warm-up, drop and failure sets keep their labels instead of collapsing into one generic row.
One record, not three apps
Your Hevy training lands next to the sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health, Oura, Fitbit or Health Connect, and next to the meals you log here. Hevy does not log food or read recovery data, so this is the part it was never built to do.
Coaches that read training and recovery together
Rex watches your lifts for the one that has gone stale. Jamie reads your weekly volume per muscle group. Both see your recovery data in the same breath instead of as a separate lookup.
Hourly sync, read only
Wellness Project polls Hevy server side about once an hour and picks up new and edited workouts on its own. Nothing is ever written back to your Hevy account.
Your API key, encrypted, revocable
Paste a personal key from Hevy’s own developer settings. It is encrypted at rest the same way every other connected account is, and disconnecting from Settings deletes it.
In the app
Hevy logs the lift. This reads it.
This is a direct connection to your Hevy account, not the CSV importer and not the Health Connect relay some Android users already see Hevy data through. You paste an API key once and Wellness Project backfills your entire history, most recent workouts first, then keeps pulling new and edited workouts on its own. It is labeled Alpha in Settings today, which means it works and is in daily use, and that rough edges get fixed quickly.
The scoring is what Wellness Project adds on top of what Hevy already tracks. Every loaded set gets a Normalized Strength Index against published lifting benchmarks for your bodyweight, age and sex, rather than against a shifting pool of other users, so a strong score does not depend on who else signed up this month. The full method, the bands and the estimated one-rep-max math live on the personal records page.
