What's inside
What you actually get
Add saved workout
Save a workout as a reusable prescription, with its exercises, sets, reps, loads, and block structure intact instead of burying it in completed history.
Start workout
Load a saved workout straight into On Deck, review the prescription, adjust it if needed, then train and log the finished session into Workout History.
Edit
Edit opens the saved workout inside Plan with Jamie, so the workout itself becomes the starting draft and you can tell Jamie what to change.
Copy
Copy a proven workout before you experiment with a different exercise, rep range, split, or training day. The original stays available.
Activate Progressive Overload
Activate Progressive Overload and Jamie reads recent sessions, exercise history, your training fingerprint, and saved workout style before proposing the next version.
Plan with Jamie
Plan a session with Jamie, save a workout you already logged, or use supported Wellness Project workout tools in a connected AI client to create or replace a reusable workout.
In the app
Planning, history, and progression stay connected
The Workout Library is not a folder of static templates. Saved prescriptions sit beside completed Workout History, so the sessions you actually perform keep building the history Jamie uses for future plans, Personal Records, NSI, Muscle Fatigue, Training Load, and recovery-aware progression. Connected AI clients can list and read Saved Workouts through Wellness Project's workout tools, and authorized write-capable clients can create or replace them.
